Demetris Pantelides

Demetris holds a BA in Business Management from Henley Business School and an MSc in Investment Management from the ICMA Centre, University of Reading, where he received an Ambassador Scholarship for academic excellence. He is a CFA Charter holder, having passed all three levels on his first attempt, and also holds the CySEC Advanced certification and the Bloomberg Market Concepts diploma.
Since entering the hospitality industry in 2019, Demetris has focused on optimising short-term property management across Cyprus, from small apartments to seafront villas, using technology to streamline operations and maximise owners' returns.
